Fundación Antena 3 Relief Campaign Raises 127,000 Euro For Mozambique

127,742 Euro was raised within the framework of the Fundación Antena 3 relief campaign "Una Semilla, Una Vida – One Seed, One Life." The campaign was initiated with the goal to fight against famine in Mozambique. According to the foundation, which is part of the corporate group with the same name, the money supported more than 400 children and their families.

"One Seed, One Life" aims to assure the regular distribution of various types of seed to families in order to enable them to cultivate their own gardens and to guarantee that each family has sufficient food. According to the Fundación Antena 3, the south of Mozambique is one of the regions in the world that is the most severely stricken by famine. For this reason, the foundation has been taking care of the region for some time now.

The television channel Antena 3's program regularly advertised the "One Seed, One Life" campaign, for example with a special edition of the Spanish version of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" The winnings of the show were donated to the campaign.
