G+J Launches Parenting Portal parentsindia.com
A few days ago, Gruner + Jahr teamed up with its Indian subsidiary Maxposure to launch the local version of the online International Parenting Network in India. This Online-First project combines editorial content with interactive tools for parents and a social community. It is based on the proven white-label platform of the G+J Parenting Network, which is already being used in seven countries.
On the editorial side, the network’s Indian G+J colleagues are using the existing content of ELTERN.de, which is translated and adapted for the international markets. This content is supplemented with local subject matter, a task overseen by the local team, which also handles traffic management and ad sales.
With the addition of parentsindia.com, Gruner + Jahr’s International Parenting Network now comprises eight family websites in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain and now India.
