Thundering Applause For Puccini Opera ‘Edgar’

“Edgar,” Giacomo Puccini’s second opera, was performed in Berlin for the first time. With Bertelsmann’s support, the Berliner Operngruppe brought the work to the stage in the last version of 1905 - to the great delight of the audience.
