Arvato Systems has accepted the coveted award for “Top Employer Germany” for the ninth consecutive year. The IT specialist is one of the Top Three companies in the ranking. Following second place last year, this is once again an excellent result that underscores the outstanding HR management work at Arvato Systems.

The criteria are continually adjusted to reflect the highest standards

The certification by the distinguished Top Employers Institute is based on a comprehensive questionnaire which focuses on the diversified criteria the participating companies have to fulfill. Based on the answers, an intensive audit and independent verification process follow. The bar is continually raised: Every year, the Top Employers Institute adjusts the criteria to reflect the highest standards. Arvato Systems was again able to convince the auditors by demonstrating its competence in HR-Digital, talent strategy, HR planning, training and development, career and succession planning, as well as corporate culture.

The official presentation of the awards took place on January 20: At a virtual international event, the representatives of the winning companies accepted the awards. “The fact that we have been named a top employer for the ninth year running is a real team achievement,” said Jochen Fuchs, Chief Human Resources Officer and Group General Counsel at Arvato Systems. “Being named one of the Top Three companies is also special. The Top Employers Institute raises the bar every year and adjusts the assessment criteria to reflect the highest standards in HR work – and we were able to achieve high scores in all areas. This shows that, as an employer, we continue to develop in the interest of our employees.”
