Arvato is further expanding its data center services in the United States with a new logistics site in Denton, Texas. The facility in the Dallas–Fort Worth area marks the next milestone in building a scalable, high-security infrastructure network to support cloud computing and AI-driven growth. With the new site, Arvato is significantly expanding its operational capacity to support hyperscalers, cloud providers, and companies in the AI infrastructure sector across North America. In October 2025, the supply chain management and e-commerce services provider had already opened a new data center logistics site in Des Moines, Iowa.
New site spans 25,000 square meters at launch
The new site in Texas has a total area of 25,000 square meters, of which 14,000 square meters will initially be used for operations, with significant potential for future expansion. With direct access to Interstate 35 and proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, approximately 30 minutes away, the facility is strategically positioned to serve one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the United States. Arvato manages inbound and outbound flows of sensitive hardware, coordinates complex “white-glove” deliveries to both active and under-construction data centers, and offers high-security warehousing and specialized handling services. According to Arvato, the infrastructure meets the highest requirements for security, scalability, and operational excellence, enabling the fast and reliable deployment of critical technology components.
‘Market is scaling at unprecedented speed’
“The U.S. data center market is scaling at unprecedented speed,” said Mitat Aydindag, President Tech at Arvato. “As AI infrastructure scales, deployment speed and uptime depend directly on logistics performance. With our new hub in Dallas-Fort Worth, we are expanding a fully integrated U.S. Data Center platform that combines secure warehousing, specialized handling and coordinated last-mile execution. We are building the logistics layer behind next-generation AI infrastructure and enable our clients to scale with precision, security and confidence.”
Arvato has already launched operations for a first customer at the new site and sees this as validating the strong market demand and the strategic importance of its expansion in the data center logistics segment.
‘Highly secure and high-performance logistics infrastructure’
“The opening of our first site in Texas marks an important milestone in strengthening Arvato’s footprint in the United States and across North America,” said Andreas Podwojewski, Managing Director North America & Brazil at Arvato. “With Denton, we are expanding our presence in one of the most dynamic data center markets and have successfully delivered this site in record time for our customer. This underlines our ability to scale high-security, high-performance logistics infrastructure quickly and reliably to support the rapid growth of hyperscale and AI-driven environments.”
