SAP Honors Arvato Systems As ‘Partner Of The Year’

Each year, SAP, one of the globally leading software providers for the management of business processes, honors several of its partners in Germany that have made special contributions to the development and expansion of cooperation with SAP within the “SAP Diamond Initiative”. Arvato Systems has been cooperating with SAP for many years and was recently honored once again. In addition to the certifications and awards already received, Arvato Systems has now been recognized as “Service Providers, Media & Telco – Partner of the Year 2022” within the “SAP Diamond Initiative”. In addition, the company received awards as a focus partner for the five areas Professional Services, Travel, Telco, Transport, Logistics & Media.

Within its “SAP Diamond Initiative”, SAP evaluates partners on the basis of various criteria and activities within a “diamond model” to ultimately select the best and most committed companies in the various categories as “Partner of the Year”. The criteria include the expertise a partner can demonstrate in relation to SAP services, as well as criteria such as innovation, services, sales sectors worked in, and the extent and activities in the various SAP “Lines of Business”. SAP partners who have received these awards have been working very closely with SAP for many years on projects, which in turn produces great advantages for customers. The evaluation is based on successful implementations and customer projects, proof of concepts, realized and SAP-related events, as well as demand-generation activities, among others.

Service provider for the Bertelsmann Stiftung and RTL Deutschland

Within the Bertelsmann Group alone, Arvato Systems is active in almost all corporate divisions as an SAP service partner and consultant, and actively drives the optimization of business-relevant IT processes of sister companies with its more than 400 SAP experts. For example, Arvato Systems supported the Bertelsmann Stiftung with an international team for the migration to the state-of-the-art ERP system SAP S/4HANA and thereby with the establishment of an important building block for the further digitization of all processes within the Bertelsmann Stiftung. Another example is the cooperation with RTL Deutschland: in just a few months, the IT service provider migrated a complex, global SAP system including countless modules to the Microsoft Azure Cloud for RTL. Arvato Systems, however, has proven itself as an SAP expert not only within the Group.
