Strategy

New technologies and data will play a key role in shaping Bertelsmann's business in the future. Bertelsmann has therefore set itself the goal of becoming a technological leader in media, services and education through applications in the areas of cloud, data and artificial intelligence. For this, forces, resources and expertise are being pooled across the Group. The Tech & Data Agenda, which serves as a general guideline for Bertelsmann's development in the areas of cloud, data and artificial intelligence, also plays an important role here.
