Gütersloh / Berlin, June 18, 2025 – In the heart of Berlin, Bertelsmann once again brought together some of Europe’s brightest young minds. For the 17th time, the international media, services, and education company hosted its prestigious career and networking event "Talent Meets Bertelsmann" (TMB) at its Berlin corporate center. The three-day program supports creative and entrepreneurial talents and offers them a platform to shape ideas for the future.

Over 50 exceptional students from more than a dozen European countries had the opportunity to collaborate closely with Bertelsmann representatives, develop new impulses for digital business models, and gain in-depth insights into the company’s diverse operations.

Immanuel Hermreck, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bertelsmann, said: "TMB stands for everything we value at Bertelsmann: bright minds, a spirit of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. It is truly impressive to see how passionately and professionally the participants present their ideas."

Throughout a series of interdisciplinary workshops, the student teams worked on strategic solutions to real-world challenges from Bertelsmann’s business divisions. The event culminated in a final presentation before a distinguished jury of top executives.

The 2025 jury included: Thomas Rabe, CEO of Bertelsmann, Rolf Hellermann, CFO of Bertelsmann, Immanuel Hermreck, CHRO of Bertelsmann, Melanie McAllister, Chief Human Resources Officer at BMG and Divya Sawhney, Chief Strategy Officer at Penguin Random House

The winning team will travel to London to visit key Bertelsmann locations, while the second and third place teams will receive exclusive behind-the-scenes insights in Berlin and Munich, respectively.

The event was once again hosted by Amiaz Habtu, known from various RTL Group television programs.
