To successfully expand the global activities of our businesses, Bertelsmann has to gain new markets and customers for our products and services. That is why we promote mobility and internal exchange at all levels of the Group. We are convinced that our executives will lead the Bertelsmann Group successfully having gained experience in different countries, divisions and functions.


Bertelsmann „Exchange Initiative“

The Bertelsmann Exchange Initiative provides employees short-term professional exchange opportunities within the Group, currently operating between the Corporate Center, Gutersloh and divisional companies in Germany and other selected countries. Placements are available for up to three months. Additional exchanges of employees are available between the Gutersloh location and the Group's international Corporate Centers located in New York (USA), Beijing (China), New Delhi (India) and Sao Paulo (Brazil). Through these national and international exchanges, opportunities for collaboration, mobility, knowledge transfer and networking between Corporate Center and divisional or company employees are increased.
