Another ‘Top Employer’ Award For Arvato Systems

Arvato Systems has once again received the “Top Employer Germany” award. With its “highest standards in human resources management”, the IT company is one of Germany’s top employers for the seventh consecutive time. Arvato Systems’ CHRO Siegfried Bloch accepted the coveted award last Thursday in Düsseldorf.

Arvato Systems is once again one of Germany’s top employers: for the seventh consecutive time, the IT company has received the “Top Employer Germany” award from the Top Employers Institute. The award confirms that Arvato Systems “meets the highest standards in human resources management”. Arvato Systems’ CHRO Siegfried Bloch accepted the coveted award at the “Top Employers Certification Dinner” last Thursday in Düsseldorf.

To obtain certification, the renowned Top Employers Institute conducts a comprehensive audit and subsequent independent verification. The assessment focuses on various categories such as talent strategy, personnel planning, training and development, management development, career and succession planning, and corporate culture. “We are very pleased that we have now been recognized as an excellent employer for the seventh time,” said Siegfried Bloch. “This is not a self-evident fact for us, especially since the evaluation criteria are adapted each year to the highest standards in human resources management. It's great that our continuous development is visibly paying off here.”
