Innovation in patient experience, clinical education, and workforce intelligence earns top honors.
Relias, part of the Bertelsmann Education Group and leading provider of digital training and further education as well as HR and compliance management solutions in the healthcare sector, has earned Gold across three key areas at this year’s Digital Health Awards in the US. Selected from more than 600 submissions, the winning solutions from Relias and its brands Nurse.com and Relias Media were recognized by a panel of 68 digital health media experts as being among the world’s best digital health resources. The award-winning solutions are innovations in patient experience, clinical education, and workforce intelligence and underline the importance of digital offerings for quality, training, and employee retention in the healthcare sector. The judging panel particularly praised the connected approach of the Relias platforms, which combine education, compliance, quality, and HR development to reduce risks and improve patient care.
More time for patient care
“These awards reflect the impact of our solutions in addressing a wide range of healthcare workforce needs,” said Shawn Barber, Chief Product Officer, Relias. “Especially in today’s cost-conscious climate, we recognize how important consolidated offerings are, and we’re committed to making compliance, quality, and training as efficient and effective as possible. The Relias Platform delivers this through connected solutions for organizations looking to reduce risk, develop their teams, and maximize time for patient care.”
The following projects won Gold: the real-time feedback solution “Relias Experience Management”, originally submitted as “Feedtrail”, for the improvement of patient and employee experience; the “2024 Nurse Salary and Work-Life Report for White Paper” published by Nurse.com, which aims to help healthcare leaders and nurses make informed decisions that support salary equity, job satisfaction and retention, and overall well-being; “The Fourth Trimester: Emergencies in the Postpartum Period for Medical Education”, developed by Relias Media, a resource that offers providers evidence-based guidance for recognizing and responding to life-threatening complications during the critical postpartum period.
Relias was recognized at the Digital Health Awards for the third year in a row and now honored for the first time by the program for excellence in both quality and learning solutions. Relias is a multi-solution workforce enablement partner to 12,000 healthcare organizations and 4.5 million caregivers worldwide.
