This year, Arvato Systems and Arvato CRM Solutions have again achieved top employer status in Germany. At the "Top Employers Certification Dinner" at Düsseldorf's Rheinterrassen, the heads of HR at Arvato CRM Solutions and Arvato Systems, Henrik Teipel and Siegfried Bloch, received the highly-coveted certificates. The "Top Employer Deutschland 2017" award is given to companies that meet the highest standards in human resources management.

The global certification process of the Top Employer Institute  serves as the basis for the evaluation. It includes an extensive audit as well as verification performed by one of the independent Big Five audit companies. Analysis and assessment in categories such as talent development strategy, personnel planning, training, leadership development, career and succession planning, as well as corporate culture are all taken into account.

"Ensure the best possible conditions for all staff"

"Being certified as a Top Employer for the fifth time is a terrific success for us and shows that our Human Resources efforts have definitely been guided in the right direction," commented Henrik Teipel, Head of HR at Arvato CRM Solutions, after the award presentation. "For us, this also means that we will continue to work to ensure the best possible conditions for all of our staff so that we can continue to be an attractive employer in the future."

Siegfried Bloch, Head of HR at Arvato Systems, was also delighted to receive the award for the fourth consecutive year. "We are honored to be among the best again. The fact that we have moved up two places in the hotly contested 'Top Ten' shows that we did not rest on our laurels after previous successes but have carried on working to achieve continuous improvement".
