Arvato Systems Malaysia Achieves a Hat Trick

Arvato Systems Malaysia has been recognized as being one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia”. Managing Director Benjamin Dorsch and HR Manager Chloe Gan accepted the award in Kuala Lumpur. It was the third consecutive time the IT service provider was named a winner of the prestigious award. The trade journal HR Asia organizes the annual competition in seven Asian countries.

Arvato System has been recognized as one of the best employers in Malaysia for the third consecutive time, thus achieving a hat trick. Managing Director Benjamin Dorsch and HR Manager Chloe Gan accepted the prestigious award in the country’s capital Kuala Lumpur in the presence of other employees. The award for “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” is presented annually by HR Asia, the most authoritative publication for senior HR professionals according to the company.

At the occasion of the award, Arvato Systems announced that the efforts as an employer and the high identification of the employees with the IT service provider and its goals were decisive for this success. The selection criteria comply with the highest standards worldwide and make the competition one of the toughest but also the most measurable in the region, as Dato William Ng, Editor-in-Chief Business Media of HR Asia, emphasized.

Survey of Almost 9,400 Employees

The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” awards have been presented for five years in Malaysia and honor companies that have world-class employee engagement and workplace culture. A survey of employees throughout Malaysia with almost 9,400 participants across various industries this year forms the basis for the awards. This year, 45 winners out of 320 Malaysian nominations were named. In addition to Malaysia, the awards are also presented in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan and in the Philippines.
