Arvato Systems Receives ‘Best IT Service Provider 2020’ Award

Arvato Systems has received a “Best IT Service Provider 2020” award. This is the result of a survey of more than 5,000 experts and customers commissioned by the business magazine “Brand eins” and Statista. Bertelsmann’s IT service provider is among the top 25 percent of recommended companies.

The business magazine “Brand eins” and Statista, a leading provider of market and consumer data, have published a list of the best IT service providers in Germany based on an extensive survey. Arvato Systems was not only included on the list, but is also among the top 25 percent of recommended companies in the relevant segments. The list of the best IT service providers in Germany is based on a survey of experts and customers of IT service providers, such as employees in IT departments and decision-makers in IT purchasing, which ran from June 4 to July 7, 2019. A total of 5,156 people took part in the survey. Only the recommendations of the participants are relevant; applications from companies for placement are not possible.

For Arvato Systems, inclusion in the list of the best IT service providers 2020 is also represents additional success in terms of market perception. After several awards as a "Leader" or "Accelerator" by analysts such as ISG and Crisp and the "Digital Leader Award", the broad-based survey by Statista now illustrates not only expert assessments but also customer perception. This adds another interesting facet to the ranking.
