DK Travel Guide Wins Bronze ‘Wanderlust’ Award

The British travel magazine “Wanderlust” has bestowed its Bronze Reader Award to the “DK Eyewitness Travel Guides”. The readers of the magazine choose the winners of the awards.

Once again, the British travel magazine “Wanderlust” bestowed an award to the “DK Eyewitness Travel Guides”. During the Destinations Holiday & Travel Show in London, the renowned travel guidebook series was presented with the Bronze Wanderlust Reader Award. Two years ago, the “DK Eyewitness Travel Guides” outperformed all of its competitors and took home the Gold award. This year, DK was bested by the equally strong brands Bradt and Lonely Planet. In both 2016 and 2015, the DK travel guides won Silver.

The special reputation of the Wanderlust Reader Award in the British travel industry is due to the fact that the readers of the magazine – the travelers – choose the winners. They directly vote for the best travel guidebooks of the year.
