The company stands out for its family-friendly benefits and flexible working models.
Relias, the Bertelsmann Education Group company providing digital training, workforce development, and compliance management solutions for the healthcare sector, has been named to Seramount’s “100 Best Companies” list for the fifth consecutive year. For 40 years, this award has been regarded as a benchmark for family-friendly working conditions. Evaluation criteria include parental leave, benefits, childcare offerings, advancement opportunities, and workplace flexibility.
Relias, which supports more than 12,000 healthcare organizations and 4.5 million caregivers worldwide, stands out for its consistent focus on the needs of employees and their families. In early 2025, the company extended paid parental leave to 10 weeks and, for the first time, introduced four weeks of paid caregiver leave.
Two Relias employees named ‘Working Parents of the Year’
Special recognition went to Relias employees Jeni McArthur from Sales and Jonathan Vance from IT, who were honored as ‘Working Parents of the Year’ for successfully balancing their leadership roles at the company with family responsibilities. “It’s our honor to celebrate Jeni and Jonathan as this year’s Working Parents,” said Tina Krebs, Chief People Officer at Relias. “Their commitment, adaptability, and impact are a true reflection of the values that make this a wonderful place to work. For Relias to receive this recognition for a fifth year shows how meaningful changes like extending leave policies are in helping employees thrive both in the office and at home.”
Subha Barry, President of Seramount, added: “These companies demonstrate their commitment to best practices that help all team members thrive and do their best work. Offering family-friendly benefits is no longer a nice-to-have but a must-have to retain talent.”
