The award is a recognition for U.S. employers who meet or exceed national benchmarks in supporting employee mental health. After an evaluation of company policies and practices across culture, benefits, compliance, and whole-health wellness programs, Relias achieved Gold-level status for exceptional dedication to building a supportive, mentally healthy workplace aligned with leading industry practices.

Over the last 18 months, Relias has introduced several enhancements to further improve its workplace culture. The company expanded base paid parental leave for all parents to 10 weeks, bringing total leave for women to 14-16 weeks, extended phase-back leave to all new parents, added four weeks of paid caregiver leave, and launched a sabbatical program for long-tenured team members. Relias also provides robust mental health support, including confidential 24/7 counseling and coaching services, designated “mental health days,” and a flexible work environment to help employees with personal well-being with professional growth.
