Arvato Systems has once again received the coveted "Top Employer Germany" award for the year 2020. This makes the company one of the best employers in Germany. As "Top Employer", the IT specialist proves that it meets the highest standards in human resources management.
To obtain certification, the renowned Top Employers Institute conducts a comprehensive audit and subsequent independent verification. The assessment focuses on various categories such as talent strategy, personnel planning, training and development, management development, career and succession planning, and corporate culture.
At the "Top Employers Certification Dinner," which took place on February 6 at the Rheinterrassen in Düsseldorf, Arvato Systems' head of HR Siegfried Bloch accepted the coveted award.
"We are very pleased that we have now been recognized as an excellent employer for the seventh time," said Siegfried Bloch. "This is not a self-evident fact for us, especially since the evaluation criteria are adapted each year to the highest standards in human resources management. It's great that our continuous development is visibly paying off here".
