Bryan Adams Signs Global Recordings Deal With BMG
The globally successful Canadian rock singer has signed his first new label deal in more than four decades. Accordingly, his next studio album will soon be released by BMG.
“Run To You,” “Summer of ‘69,” “(Everything I Do) I Do It for You,” “All For Love,” and “Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?” are just a few of the many hits by rock singer/songwriter Bryan Adams that have enriched the music world and thrilled a growing community of fans around the globe over the past four decades. Number one hits in more than 30 countries, over 100 million records sold, numerous platinum records and plenty of kudos including three Oscar and five Golden Globe nominations, as well as a Grammy nomination, testify to the impressive career of an impressive musician.
And from now on, his career continues with BMG: Bryan Adams has switched to a new label for the first time in 40 years, and has signed a worldwide recordings deal with BMG, the Bertelsmann music company has announced. Accordingly, his new studio album, which is already nearly finished, will soon be released by BMG.

Over the course of his long musical career, Bryan Adams has already published 14 studio albums. His latest album to date, “Shine A Light,” the title track of which was co-written by Ed Sheeran, was released in March 2019. Adams has also collaborated with stars such as Sting, Rod Stewart, Tina Turner, Barbra Streisand, Ronan Keating, ex-Spice Girl Mel C, Céline Dion, and Stanfour, and his songs have served as soundtracks to a number of successful movies – including “(Everything I Do) I Do It for You” for “Robin Hood – King of Thieves,” “All For Love” for “The Three Musketeers,” and “You’ve Been A Friend To Me” for “Old Dogs.” He is also known for his rousing live performances, which are scheduled to continue, according to the BMG release.
