Preventative Health Measures

Bertelsmann gives particular priority to the health and safety of guests at its premises in the German capital. With this in mind, a hygiene concept was developed that is dynamically adapted to all the latest developments and requirements.

At the moment, there are no restrictions or specific rules applying to cultural institutions or events. However, voluntary rapid antigen testing prior to attending vents is still recommended.

The premises

The building’s extremely flexible facilities have proved particularly advantageous; for example, the furnishings in virtually all rooms can be changed around. Even the size of the rooms them-selves are often variable. The space requirements can be adjusted at any time according to the latest specifications, ensuring sufficient space and – if necessary – distancing for all partic-ipants at all times.

Additional Measures

Purchases such as a UVC disinfection unit for disinfecting microphones, transparent partition walls, disinfectant dispensers, terminals for scanning the CovPass app (not in use at the mo-ment), etc. provide the best possible protection against infection when holding events. In addi-tion, the presence of all employees and visitors is documented daily.
