Top-notch results for career opportunities and promotion at Arvato Systems and Arvato CRM Solutions Germany: both companies were again honored as top employers. Arvato Systems once again  landed among the Top Ten, and Arvato CRM was able to improve its evaluation. HR Officers Siegfried Block of Arvato Systems and Henrik Teipel of Arvato CRM accepted the coveted certificates.

Arvato Systems and Arvato CRM Solutions Germany were again honored as top employers. Both companies again proved that they are trailblazers in HR management and strategy. The HR Officers of Arvato Systems and Arvato CRM Solutions Germany, Siegfried Bloch and Henrik Teipel, accepted the coveted certificates at the “Top Employer Certification Dinner” in Düsseldorf this week.

Arvato CRM Solutions Germany was even able to improve its evaluation year-on-year. “Winning an award is one thing, but repeatedly confirming this success is something else,” said Henrik Teipel after the award presentation. “It is an impressive achievement of the entire team at Arvato CRM Solutions Germany to not only keep the HR processes and structures at a high level for years but to continuously improve it and thus comply with the annually rising standards of the Top Employers Institute.”

Arvato Systems Once Again among the Top Ten

Arvato Systems is able to once again celebrate landing a good position among the Top Ten companies. Siegfried Bloch considers the status of Arvato Systems as an outstanding employer in the IT sector once more confirmed: “Satisfied employees are an important building block for our success. The internationally uniform certification process of the Top Employers Institute analyzes and evaluates the standards in HR management in the categories talent strategy, HR planning, training and development, management development, career and succession planning as well as corporate culture. The basis for the award is a comprehensive catalogue of requirements which is evaluated via an audit by an independent authority based on the data provided by the participating companies. Every year, the evaluation criteria are adjusted to the highest standards in HR work.
