Bertelsmann is committed to actively prevent corruption in all forms. As a participant in the United Nations Global Compact Bertelsmann has a zero-tolerance stance against corruption. As expressed in the Code of Conduct, Bertelsmann strictly prohibits any form of corruption.

To provide detailed information to our employees and business partners on the topic of anti-corruption, Bertelsmann has implemented an anti-corruption program based on the Executive Board Guideline on Anti-Corruption. In particular, it encompasses training and communication initiatives as well as extensive speak-up procedures.
